1️⃣ Identify the seam profile – Confirm the standing seam type and select a compatible clamp model.

2️⃣ Position the clamp – Place the clamp over the seam at the planned installation point.

3️⃣ Tighten the fasteners – Using the recommended torque, tighten the set screws to securely clamp the seam without damaging the roof.

4️⃣ Install the mounting rail – Secure the solar rail or bracket to the top of the seam clamp using bolts and washers.

5️⃣ Install the solar panel – Place the solar panel on the rail and secure it with the mid- and end clamps.

6️⃣ Final check – Ensure all clamps are tightened evenly and that the system is stable under wind and snow loads.
