1️⃣ Prepare the foundation: Cast a reinforced concrete base or rammed earth according to the carport design, accurately marking the bolt positions according to the structural drawings.

2️⃣ Install the U-shaped anchor bolts: Before pouring the concrete, fix the U-shaped bolts to the formwork and fix them in the cured concrete using expansion bolts or chemical anchors.

3️⃣ Align the carport columns: Insert the base of the vertical column into the U-shaped bracket, ensuring it is vertical and centered.

4️⃣ Secure with fasteners: Tighten the bolts through the side flanges of the U-shaped bracket to lock the column in place, using a torque wrench to the specified torque.

5️⃣ Final adjustment and inspection: Confirm the vertical alignment of all columns, ensure that all bolts are tightened and the anti-corrosion layer is intact.
