1️⃣ Site Assessment

2️⃣ Foundation Preparation

Based on the site assessment, install suitable foundations, such as concrete piles or anchor bolts. Make sure they are level and aligned according to the system layout.

3️⃣ Mounting Structure Assembly

Assemble the steel mounting structure using prefabricated components. Attach the horizontal rails to the vertical posts, making sure all connections are secure and aligned.

4️⃣ Component Installation

Mount the solar panels to the assembled mounting system using suitable clamps or brackets. Adjust the tilt angle as needed to optimize sunlight exposure.

5️⃣ Electrical Connections

Connect the solar panels to the inverter and other electrical components according to the system design. Make sure all electrical connections meet local codes and standards.

6️⃣ System Testing

Once the installation is complete, test the system to ensure it is functioning properly and efficiently.
