1️⃣ Site Survey and Layout

Before you begin, confirm the footprint, ground slope, and soil type of the module array.

2️⃣ Foundation Construction

Install screw piles, driven piles, or concrete foundations, depending on soil conditions and frozen ground depth requirements.

3️⃣ Track Assembly

Place the pre-drilled U-shaped track on the foundation and secure with bolts.

4️⃣ Module Installation

Slide the stainless steel clamp into the U-shaped slot, place the module, and tighten the clamp to specification.

5️⃣ Grounding and Bonding

Ensure metal-to-metal contact for grounding—use a ground jumper or set screws, as described in the installation manual.

6️⃣ Commissioning and Inspection

Check the torque of all structural and electrical fasteners, repair any coating scratches, and record array geometry; schedule a semi-annual visual inspection to check for debris, loose bolts, or corrosion.
