1️⃣ Site survey and pile driving

• Perform geotechnical assessment.
• Use pile driver to drive steel piles into the ground.

2️⃣ Install main beams and brackets

• Install beams to pile heads.
• Install mid and end clamps or rails according to module layout.

3️⃣ Install solar panels

• Place and secure panels using appropriate clamps or rails.
• Align to ensure accurate tilt and spacing.

4️⃣ Final check

• Ensure all bolts are tightened and structure is stable.
• Confirm system is ready for electrical integration.

Our standard package is steel pallet for long alu profile, while small alu components will be packed into cartons with plywood pallet.
