Drive the piles into the ground to the required depth using suitable installation equipment.
4️⃣ Install the Support Structure
Attach the beams, brackets, rails, and other structural components to the installed piles.
5️⃣ Mount the Solar Panels
Place the PV panels on the rails and secure them with suitable mid clamps and end clamps.
6️⃣ Check Alignment and Connections
Adjust the structure as needed and make sure all fasteners and connections are properly secured.
7️⃣ Complete the Final Inspection
Check overall stability, panel alignment, grounding, and structural connections before commissioning.
Our standard package is steel pallet for long alu profile, while small alu components will be packed into cartons with plywood pallet.
