1️⃣ Site Preparation- Select roof type, optimal tilt angle and mark the installation points based on the project layout.

2️⃣ Affixing Base Brackets – Using suitable fasteners, attach the base (L-shaped legs) to the roof. For flat roofs, consider non-penetrating fixing methods like ballast blocks or adhesives.

3️⃣ Attaching the Front and Rear Legs – Connect the adjustable rear leg and the fixed, or short, front leg to the base brackets. Set the tilt angle to the desired position based on the pre-determined system design.

4️⃣ Installing the Rails –Fit the solar or aluminum brackets on the legs, aligning and spacing them to the appropriate distance, taking into consideration the solar module size.

5️⃣ Mounting the Solar Panels – Position the solar panels on the brackets and secure them in place using the clamps (intermediate and end) to ensure they do not move.

6️⃣ Final Inspection – To complete the installation, ensure that all bolts are tightened, and the installation is properly grounded, the wiring is in place, alignment, and stability checked.
