1️⃣ Detailing and Diagraming – Check roof layout and compute the ideal tilt angle. Design the solar panel array layout and position the tripods accordingly.

2️⃣ Anchorage of the Base – For each roof design and structure (bowstring, membrane, escarpment, hip, etc) use strategic placement of ballasts, weighted bags, and cement as portable anchors for temporary securing.

3️⃣ Mounting Structures – At intervals described, position, install, and secure the tripods and brace.For taller systems, providing additional support rods helps with stability.

4️⃣ Installing the Tracks – Attach the horizontal aluminum tracks to the tripod frames with track clamps or stainless steel bolts.

5️⃣ Installing the Solar Panels – Set the solar panels on the tracks and secure them with intermediate and end clamps.

6️⃣ Final Adjustments – Align the solar panels and check the overall structural tightness, stability, grounding, and electrical wiring.
