Concrete Based Ground Aluminum PV Mounting Bracket

1️⃣ Site Assessment

Assess the installation site for sunlight, soil conditions, and potential obstructions. Ensure the ground is flat and suitable for laying the concrete foundation.

2️⃣ Foundation Preparation

According to the system design, dig the designated area for the concrete foundation. Pour the concrete to form a stable foundation and embed anchors as specified. Wait for the concrete to fully cure before proceeding to the next step.

3️⃣ Mounting Structure Assembly

Assemble the aluminum mounting structure, which is made of high-strength aluminum alloys such as AL6005-T5. Use embedded anchors to secure the structure to the cured concrete foundation.

4️⃣ Component Installation

Mount the solar panels to the aluminum structure using suitable clamps or brackets. Adjust the tilt angle as needed to optimize sunlight.

5️⃣ Electrical Connections

Connect the solar panels to the inverter and other electrical components according to the system design. Ensure that all electrical connections meet local codes and standards.

6️⃣ System Testing

After installation, test the system to ensure it is functioning properly.
