1️⃣ Roof Assessment

Assess the load-bearing capacity and size of the flat roof. Identify any obstructions (gutters, air conditioning units, etc.).

2️⃣ System Design

Design the array layout so that the modules are arranged in alternating rows facing east and west to optimize sunlight throughout the day.

3️⃣ Bracket Installation

Lay the pre-assembled brackets directly onto the roof surface.

4️⃣ Ballast Block Addition

Add concrete ballast blocks to the designated pallet to secure the system without drilling holes in the roof membrane.

5️⃣ Track and Module Installation

Secure the solar track (if necessary) and install the PV modules using end clamps and intermediate clamps.

6️⃣ Cable Routing and Grounding

Secure the wiring and grounding components to ensure the safety and durability of the system.

Our standard package is steel pallet for long alu profile, while small alu components will be packed into cartons with plywood pallet.
