MiniRail system for trapezoidal sheet metal is suitable for trapezoidal metal roof and corrugated metal roof, which enables solar panels to be installed horizontally and vertically, which is a smart design for solar metal roof installation. It is a cost-effective installation solution, which only requires 3 components - mid-end clip and mini rail.

1️⃣ Position Mini Rails – Place the short aluminum MiniRails on the ridge of the trapezoidal panels.

2️⃣ Secure with self-tapping screws – Secure the rails using self-drilling stainless steel screws and EPDM sealing washers to keep water out.

3️⃣ Mount the solar panels – Use the middle and end clamps to secure the panels securely.

4️⃣ Final check – Make sure all clamps are tight and the system is stable.
