Solar Hanger bolt for wood beam With stainless steel L feet

1️⃣ Mark Mounting Locations

• Identify and mark the rafter locations under the roof covering (shingles, shingles, etc.).

• Maintain proper spacing based on solar layout and local wind/snow load requirements.

2️⃣ Drill Pilot Holes

• Pre-drill holes in the wood beams at the marked locations.

• Use a drill bit size that matches the diameter of the hanger bolt threads.

3️⃣ Install the Hanger Bolt

• Use a power tool with a hex adapter to thread the hanger bolts into the pilot holes.

• Make sure they are fully embedded and vertical.

4️⃣ Attach the L Foot

• Slip the stainless steel L-legs over the exposed M10 threads of the hanger bolts.

• Adjust height as needed and secure with washers and nuts.

5️⃣ Install the rails

• Secure the solar rails to the top notches of the L-legs using the rail bolts and nuts.

• Check alignment and tighten all fasteners to recommended torque.
