1️⃣ Position the first solar panel

Place the first solar panel at the designated starting point of the mounting rail.

2️⃣ Install the intermediate clamp

Insert the intermediate clamp into the rail slot where the edge of the first solar panel meets the edge of the next solar panel. Make sure the clamp is flush with the solar panel frame.

3️⃣ Add adjacent solar panels

Place the second solar panel next to the first solar panel, making sure it is properly aligned and the intermediate clamp fits snugly between the two solar panels.

4️⃣ Secure the clamps

Use a torque wrench to tighten the clamp bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque specification (usually around 14 Nm). Avoid over-tightening to avoid damaging the solar panel frame or rail.

5️⃣ Repeat the process

Repeat this process for each subsequent solar panel installed, using the intermediate clamps between the solar panels and the end clamps at the ends of the array.
