1️⃣ Position the rails – First, put the rails where they need to go, following the natural shape of the trapezoidal metal roof.

2️⃣ Secure the rails – Next, fasten them down. Screw or rivet the rails right onto the roof's ridges.

3️⃣ Seal the joints – Then, seal up any gaps. Put in rubber or EPDM seals so no water can leak through.

4️⃣ Align the rails – Make sure they're straight. Double-check that all the rails are perfectly straight and parallel before you attach anything else.

5️⃣ Install the components – Finally, put on the other parts. Attach the solar panels with the special middle and end clips.
