1️⃣ Determine the mounting point – Locate the rafter below the tile for a secure attachment.

2️⃣ Remove or lift the tile – Carefully lift the tile where the hook will be placed.

3️⃣ Position the roof hook – Place the stainless steel hook on the rafter.

4️⃣ Secure with screws – Secure the hook using stainless steel wood screws.

5️⃣ Reposition the tile – Place the tile back on the hook, ensuring a secure fit.

6️⃣ Install the mounting rail – Attach the aluminum rail to the hook using bolts and nuts.

7️⃣ Install the solar panel – Secure the PV panel to the rail using the intermediate and end clamps.

8️⃣ Final inspection – Verify alignment, stability, and waterproof integrity.
