1️⃣ Site Survey & Layout

Mark the array footprint, assess soil type and slope, and select pier or screw-type foundations.

2️⃣ Foundation Installation

Install concrete piers or drive in helical screws to designed depth; check vertical alignment with a level.

3️⃣ Column and Support Frame Assembly

Install front and rear columns to foundation, insert diagonal braces to form an "N" shape, and loosely tighten bolts.

4️⃣ Rail and Bracket Installation

Install main rail or cross arm to column; slide in diagonal bracket to set angle, then tighten to specification.

5️⃣ Component Clamping

Place middle and end clips into pre-punched slots, insert components, square bars, and torque clamps as per manual.

6️⃣ Grounding & Grounding

Connect component frame and rails to ground system using ground jumpers; test continuity per NEC or local code.

7️⃣ Commissioning and Inspection

Perform torque audits on all fasteners, inspect coating repairs, document array layout, and schedule annual visual inspections.
