Carport Mounting

1️⃣ Check the site: Look at the parking space, how strong the ground is, and how much height you've got. Then, pick whether you want a single-arm or double-arm carport.

2️⃣ Put in the base: Install bolts or concrete supports based on the engineering plans. Keep them straight (within ±10 mm).

3️⃣ Build the frame: Lift the support arms and brackets. Fasten beams and purlins with bolts, but don't tighten them all the way yet so you can adjust them.

4️⃣ Install tilt brackets and tracks: Put the tilt brackets at the right angle. Slide the tracks into place, and tighten the fasteners by hand.

5️⃣ Install modules: Place the solar panels on the tracks. Install the steel clamps and tighten them to 15-20 Nm with a wrench.

6️⃣ Grounding: Attach the panel frame and tracks to the grounding system with tabs. Double-check it meets local codes.

7️⃣ Final check: Make sure all the bolts are tightened right. Look at the coating. Check the tilt angle and clearance (Vertical distance).
