Carport Mounting

1️⃣ Site Assessment and Design

Survey parking layout, soil bearing capacity and structural clearance; determine single or double arm design options.

2️⃣ Foundation Installation

Install anchor screws or concrete piers according to engineering specifications; ensure verticality within ±10 mm.

3️⃣ Frame Assembly

Erect support arms and brackets; bolt beams/purlins, loosely fixed at first to facilitate alignment.

4️⃣ Tilt Bracket and Track Connection

Fix tilt brackets to support arms at designed angles; slide track into brackets and hand tighten fasteners.

5️⃣ Module Installation

Place module on track, insert stainless steel clamps and tighten to 15-20 Nm torque using a calibrated wrench.

6️⃣ Grounding

Connect module frame and track to grounding system using dedicated lugs; verify continuity according to local specifications.

7️⃣ Final Inspection

Torque audit all bolts, inspect for coating damage, and verify tilt angles and clearances.
