1️⃣ Assess the roof structure: First, evaluate the orientation, slope, and condition of the metal roof. Ensure that the roof type is compatible with the selected mounting system.

2️⃣ Select the appropriate mounting hardware: For standing seam roofs, non-penetrating clamps are ideal. For trapezoidal roofs, choose adjustable clamps with EPDM gaskets.

3️⃣ Lay out the mounting rails: Mark the rail locations on the roof based on the panel layout and structural support.

4️⃣ Install the mounting clamps or bolts: Secure the roof clamps along the marked locations. Where applicable, use washers or sealant to ensure a waterproof seal.

5️⃣ Install the rails and secure the panels: Secure the mounting rails to the roof clamps, then secure the panels in place using the mid- and end clamps.
