1️⃣ Site Investigation and Design

Perform geotechnical and structural clearance assessments; select single or double column layout.

2️⃣ Foundation Engineering

Install anchor screws or concrete piers as per engineering specifications; ensure verticality within ±10 mm.

3️⃣ Frame Installation

Bolt support columns and beams together using pre-drilled holes; tighten loosely at the end for final alignment.

4️⃣ Tilt Bracket and Track Connection

Fix the tilt bracket to the beam at the designed angle; slide the track into the notch and tighten the fasteners by hand.

5️⃣ Module Installation

Position the PV modules, insert the clamps into the track, and tighten the bolts to 15-20 Nm using a calibrated wrench.

6️⃣ Grounding and Grounding Wires

Connect the module frame and steel structure to the grounding system using grounding lugs; perform continuity tests as per local standards.

7️⃣ Final inspection and commissioning

Perform torque check, coating inspection, tilt angle verification and record as-built drawings; schedule regular inspections.
