1️⃣ Evaluate Roof Type – Determine whether your metal roof is standing seam, corrugated, or trapezoidal.

2️⃣ Select Mounting System – Choose seam clamps for standing seam roofs and trapezoidal brackets/hanger bolts for corrugated and ribbed roofs.

3️⃣ Mark Mounting Points – Plan the panel layout and mark the connection locations to align with the roof beams.

4️⃣ Install Clamps or Brackets – Securely fasten the mounting hardware to the roof seams or panel ribs and tighten to the recommended torque.

5️⃣ Install Rails – Align and secure the aluminum rails to the clamps or brackets, ensuring proper spacing and level positioning.

6️⃣ Install Solar Panels – Place the panels on the rails and secure with the center and end clamps.

7️⃣ Final Inspection – Verify the torque value, watertight seal, and overall stability before starting the system.
