1️⃣ Site Assessment and Planning – Analyze the roof surface, assess solar radiation and load data to find the best angle to achieve the optimal tilt, and compute counterweights for stability. 

2️⃣ Protective Pads – Place EPDM or rubber pads under the bracket bases to prevent friction or damage to the roof waterproofing layer.

3️⃣ Bracket assembly – Attach the adjustable triangular brackets onto the base rails, setting the tilt angle to the design specifications of 15°–35°. 

4️⃣ Counterweight Placement - Place concrete blocks or other appropriate materials to the trays or rails to ensure wind resistance and counter stabilization. 

5️⃣ Component Installation - Attach the solar panels to the framework and fasten them with intermediate and end clamps to conform to the necessary alignment. 

6️⃣ Wiring and Final Inspection - Finalize the electrical wiring, ensure all bolts are secured to their appropriate torque, and validate that all parts are firmly fixed.
