1️⃣ Site Assessment & Planning

Analyze roof conditions and calculate tilt angle and ballast weight based on regional wind/snow data.

2️⃣ Prepare Protective Pads

Lay EPDM or rubber pads under the bracket base to avoid rubbing or damaging the roof surface.

3️⃣ Bracket Assembly

Install the adjustable triangular brackets on the base rails and set the tilt angle between 15–35°.

4️⃣ Ballast Placement

Add concrete blocks or other ballast materials to the pallet or support rails to provide structural stability.

5️⃣ Module Installation

Position the solar panels and secure them with intermediate and end clamps to ensure secure alignment.

6️⃣ Wiring and Final Check

Complete wiring, check torque settings on all bolts, and confirm that all components are securely fastened.
