1️⃣ Site Assessment and Layout

Assess the flat roof surface and design the module layout based on available area, sunlight, and ballast requirements.

2️⃣ Lay Rubber Pads

Lay protective EPDM pads to prevent damage to the roof membrane and ensure non-slip support for the brackets.

3️⃣ Position Ballast Trays or Rails

Install the ballast base or tray and align it according to the planned module arrangement.

4️⃣ Install Support Frames

Fix the tilting brackets or triangular brackets to the base using clamps or bolts. These determine the tilt angle (usually 10°–15°).

5️⃣ Add Ballast Weight

Insert concrete blocks or paving stones into the ballast tray to provide the necessary weight and ensure wind resistance.

6️⃣ Install Solar Modules

Place the PV panels on the structure and secure them using mid-end clamps.

7️⃣ Final Check

Make sure all modules are securely fastened, wiring is in order, and no loose parts are left behind.
