1️⃣ Roof Surface Assessment and Module Layout Planning – The flat roof surface solar modules layout plan is determined by the surface area, solar access, and ballast distribution. 

2️⃣ Rubber Mat Installation – EPDM rubber mats are installed to create an anti-slip support layer and protect the roof waterproofing layer.

3️⃣ Setting and Alignment of Ballast Tray/Guide Positioning - Position trays or ballast bases as per the layout design. 

4️⃣ Support Frame Installation - Attach the tilt brackets or triangular brackets to the bases with clamps or bolts and establish the necessary tilt angle (10°–15°). 

5️⃣ Ballast Addition - For increased stability and resistance to wind, place blocks of concrete or paving bricks within the trays. 

6️⃣ Module Installation - Attach the photovoltaic modules to the structure and lock them in place with intermediate and end clamps. 7️⃣ Inspection - Check that all modules are fitted securely, all wiring is tidy, and there are no loose components.
