1️⃣ Assess the Roof & Plan the Layout
Check the roof condition and plan the module layout based on available space, solar access, ballast distribution, and project requirements.
2️⃣ Install the EPDM Rubber Mats
Place EPDM mats beneath the mounting bases. They provide an anti-slip surface and help protect the roof waterproofing layer.
3️⃣ Position the Ballast Bases
Place the ballast trays or bases according to the approved layout and check their alignment.
4️⃣ Install the Support Frames
Attach the tilt brackets or triangular supports to the bases using the specified clamps or bolts. Set the required tilt angle, typically around 10°–15° depending on the system design.
5️⃣ Add the Ballast
Place concrete blocks, paving slabs, or other approved ballast into the trays as specified by the structural design.
6️⃣ Install the PV Modules
Place the solar panels on the support structure and secure them with compatible mid clamps and end clamps.
7️⃣ Final Inspection
Check the modules, fasteners, ballast, wiring, and overall structure. Make sure there are no loose components before putting the system into service.
Our standard package is steel pallet for long alu profile, while small alu components will be packed into cartons with plywood pallet.
