1️⃣ Strip the wires

Use wire strippers to strip approximately 6-7 mm of insulation from the end of the cable.

2️⃣ Crimping the terminals

Insert the stripped wires into the metal contact pins.

Use the crimping tool to firmly crimp the terminals onto the wires, ensuring a secure connection.

3️⃣ Assembling the connectors

Insert the crimp terminal into the connector housing until it clicks into place.

Ensure the terminal is fully seated and locked into the housing.

4️⃣ Seal the connectors

Place the sealing nut over the cable and tighten it onto the connector housing.

Tighten the nut to ensure a weatherproof seal, maintaining the connector's IP67 rating.

5️⃣ Connecting the panel

Align the male and female connectors and push them together until they click, indicating a secure connection.

To disconnect the connectors, use the MC4 unlocking tool to safely release the locking mechanism.
