1️⃣ First, figure out where you want to put the hook on your slate roof.

2️⃣ Gently lift or move the slate tile a bit to show where you'll be working.

3️⃣ Fasten the hook's base plate to the roof rafters with stainless steel screws.

4️⃣ Then, change the hook's height and angle so it lines up just right with your mounting rail.

5️⃣ Put the slate tile back exactly where it was, making sure it fits snugly.

6️⃣ Now, attach your mounting rail to the hook.

7️⃣ Finally, put your solar panels in place using the middle and end clamps.
