1️⃣ Survey the roof – Determine the roof type and plan the layout based on the solar panel design.

2️⃣ Position the clamps or hanger bolts – Install the appropriate fixtures on the metal roof.

3️⃣ Install the mounting rails – Secure the aluminum rails to the clamps or bolts.

4️⃣ Align the rails – Ensure the PV panels are properly spaced and aligned parallel to each other.

5️⃣ Secure the solar panels – Secure the panels using the intermediate and end clamps.

6️⃣ Tighten the connections – Check that all bolts and fasteners are securely locked.

7️⃣ Final inspection – Verify system stability and waterproof integrity.
