Solar aluminum carport mounting system

1️⃣ First, check the ground conditions, plan how things will be laid out, and pick either ground screws or concrete foundations depending on the soil.

2️⃣ Put in the base, making sure it stands straight, with no more than half an inch off.

3️⃣ Connect the uprights and crossbeams using bolts, but don't tighten everything just yet.

4️⃣ After that, install the corner brackets, slide them into the tracks, and just hand-tighten them for now.

5️⃣ Now, slide the steel clamps into the tracks, put the solar panels in place, and tighten them with a wrench to about 15-20 Newton meters.

6️⃣ Connect the grounding wire to the frame and tracks, making sure everything is properly grounded as required.

7️⃣ Finally, check that all bolts are tightened to the right amount, the coating is still good, the angles are correct, and write down how the construction went. You should also create a plan for regular checks.
