1️⃣ Site Investigation and Planning

Perform geotechnical assessment and layout marking; select foundation type (screw piles or concrete piers) based on soil data.

2️⃣ Foundation Installation

Install foundation to designed depth and ensure verticality within ±10 mm across support row.

3️⃣ Frame Assembly

Bolt columns and beams together using pre-drilled holes; leave bolts empty for final alignment.

4️⃣ Tilt Bracket and Track Connection

Fix tilt bracket to beam at designed angle, then slide track into bracket and hand tighten fasteners.

5️⃣ Module Installation

Insert stainless steel clamp into track slot, place module, and tighten bolts to 15-20 Nm using calibrated wrench.

6️⃣ Grounding and Bonding

Connect module frame and aluminum track to grounding system using dedicated grounding lugs; verify continuity according to local regulations.

7️⃣ Final inspection and commissioning

Torque check all fasteners, inspect coating for damage, verify tilt angles, and record as-built drawings; schedule regular inspections.
