1️⃣ First, we check out your site. We look at the land, the sunlight, and the soil. Then, we plan out how far apart to space the rows of trackers, so they don't block each other's sun.

2️⃣ Next, we build the base. That could mean concrete or screw anchors, depending on what the ground needs. We make sure the rows are spaced just right, within about half an inch of where they should be.

3️⃣ Then, we put the tracker together. We build the frame, add the motor and gearbox, and put bearings on the moving parts.

4️⃣ After that, we hook up the brains of the operation: the sensors or the computer system that tells the tracker where the sun is. We plug it all into the motor and the system that monitors the whole solar farm.

5️⃣ Next, we clamp the solar panels onto the rails and tighten everything down. We make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, so it's all secure.

6️⃣ Finally, we test everything. We check how the tracker moves, how it reacts to wind, and that the safety switches work. We also make sure everything is grounded correctly and use a special camera to look for any hotspots.
