1️⃣ Identify the rafters beneath the slate roof and mark the drill hole locations.

2️⃣ Carefully lift or cut the slate tiles to allow for placement of the hooks.

3️⃣ Secure the hooks to the wooden rafters using stainless steel screws or bolts.

4️⃣ Re-apply the slate tiles to cover the mounting area, leaving the hook arms exposed.

5️⃣ Attach the aluminum rails to the hooks, then secure the solar panels with the center and end clamps.
