1. Preparation

Tools required: torque wrench, tape measure and appropriate safety equipment.

Site assessment: Ensure that the mounting rails are properly installed and aligned according to the system design.

2. Installation steps

1️⃣ Position the end clamp

Insert the end clamp into the designated slot of the solar panel array edge mounting rail. Ensure that it is properly aligned with the panel frame.

2️⃣ Secure the clamp

Tighten the clamp's fasteners to the recommended torque to secure it to the panel frame.

3️⃣ Final check

Confirm that the clamp is securely installed and the panel is securely in place. Ensure that there is no movement or gap between the clamp and the panel frame.
