1️⃣ First, find the wooden beams (rafters) under the slate roof.
2️⃣ Then, lift up or cut the slate tiles to make space for the hooks.
3️⃣ Attach the hooks firmly to those rafters with stainless steel screws.
4️⃣ Put the slate back in place. This helps keep the roof waterproof, but make sure the hooks are still sticking out.
5️⃣ Finally, put in the rails and attach the solar panels with the special clamps at the middle and ends.

☆ You can get custom sizes for these slate roof hooks, so they won't damage your slate tiles.
☆ You can adjust their height by 40mm, anywhere from 130mm to 170mm.
☆ Because they're made from good stainless steel (304), they're very durable. You typically get a 10-year warranty, and they're expected to last about 25 years.
☆ A lot of the assembly is done beforehand, which helps save on labor costs when you're installing them.
