1️⃣ Find where the hooks need to go based on how the panels will sit and how the roof is built.

2️⃣ Take off the shingles gently to get to the wood underneath.

3️⃣ Line up the hooks with the wood beams and screw them in tight using stainless steel screws.

4️⃣ Cut the shingles to fit around the hooks if you need to, then put the shingles back to keep the roof sound.

5️⃣ Fasten the mounting rails to the hooks, making sure they are level.

6️⃣ Clamp the panels to the rails using clamps made for the ends and centers.

7️⃣ Ground everything the way the local electrical rules say to.
